"Pretty comfortable, but I still got squeezed in"
The seats were actually comfortable, and for once I had enough leg room for most of the flight, which was a relief. The cabin looked clean too, so I can’t really complain about that. But of course, as soon as people started reclining, my space basically disappeared and I ended up feeling cramped. Overall it was still a decent flight, just felt like I got stuck dealing with the usual lack of personal space.

"Easy flight booking, thankfully no drama"
Booked our family flights on Air France it was easier than I expected, which I appreciated because I have zero patience for confusing travel sites. Our seats were together, the staff was really nice with the kids, and our bags showed up without any hassle. Smooth overall, no real complaints.

"My Air France flight was alright overall…"
My Air France flight was alright overall, nothing too bad. It did leave about 45 minutes late though, and boarding felt kinda slow. The updates weren’t super clear either, so that was a bit frustrating. We landed fine in the end, I just wish the timing had been better.

I got it booked really quickly, and thankfully there weren't any weird issues like you sometimes run into with these things. i was kind of expecting something to be off, but it all went through fine.

"Decent Booking Experience, But Slow Site"
Booking my trip was straightforward overall, and I was able to find what I needed without too much hassle. That said, the website loaded really slowly at times, which made the whole process feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Still, once the pages finally came up, everything worked okay and I was able to complete my booking.

"Really Helpful Staff"
I stopped in with my dog after running a couple errands nearby, and the staff were really helpful. My dog usually gets a little nervous in new places, but he actually stayed calm the whole time, which made everything a lot easier.
"That refund “process” was a joke"
I had to cancel my flight, and getting the refund back turned into this whole refund waiting-game nonsense. The website kept saying it was being processed, but for weeks nothing actually changed. I ended up contacting support more than once just to get basic updates, which was annoying. I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have. Not a great experience.

"Pretty good fare, honestly"
I booked my flight through airfrance and the price was actually better than I thought it would be. I had already checked a couple other sites for the same dates and this one ended up being cheaper, so... yeah, that was a nice surprise. Nothing super exciting to add, just a fair price and no strange extra fees popping up at checkout. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably book through them again.

"Entertainment was a letdown"
I flew with Air France recently the inflight entertainment was disappointing. The screen was slow, a few movies wouldn’t even load, and the selection felt really outdated for a long flight. After paying for the ticket, it kind of made me wonder what corners were being cut elsewhere too. The flight itself wasn’t the worst, but this part was annoying and definitely not what I expected.

"Helpful agent fixed my booking"
I had to wait about 25 minutes on the phone, which was a bit frustrating, but I’m grateful the agent was really nice once I got through. They sorted out my booking and made the process easier in the end. Not a perfect experience, but overall it turned out okay.

Air France got my Delta connection sorted quickly, so I didn’t end up stressing too much at the airport. I do feel like it shouldn’t have needed fixing in the first place, but at least they handled it fast once I asked.

I had to cancel my flight through Air France, i was expecting it to be a hassle. It was actually easier than I thought. The refund details were clear enough, though I did have to wait a bit for the confirmation. Not perfect, but better than I expected

"Slow and frustrating support"
I tried reaching Air France customer service through airfrance.us about a booking issue, and it took way too long to get any real help. The first reply felt totally copy-pasted and didn’t actually solve anything, so I had to message them again and explain the same problem all over. They did eventually respond, but by that point I was already stressed out. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience I’ve had, but it was definitely disappointing.

"Fine flight, but a bit draining"
The flight itself was okay, nothing really went wrong, but after a few hours the seat started feeling cramped. I was already feeling mentally drained, so being stuck in a tight spot didn’t help much. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly comfortable either.

"Helpful for checking bag rules"
I checked airfrance.us before booking to see what my baggage allowance would be, and it was easy to figure out. I didn’t have to click around a bunch just to find the info. The carry-on and checked bag rules were laid out simply, with the weight and size details right there. It made me feel a lot better knowing I wouldn’t be guessing at the airport. Overall, good experince and no surprises with my bags. I’d use the site again when checking trip details.

"App kept freezing when I tried to book"
I tried booking through the Air France app, but it froze on me twice. The payment page was really slow too, which made it feel like the app just wasn’t ready to handle a normal booking. I ended up having to finish everything on my laptop, which was annoying

"Pretty good for managing Flying Blue miles"
I mostly use airfrance.us to keep an eye on my Flying Blue miles and book trips with points. The site isn’t always the easiest to navigate, and sometimes it takes me a minute to find what I’m looking for, but I was actually able to upgrade one of my trips without having to call anyone, which was a nice surprise. My points also posted after my flights like they were supposed to. It could definitely be a little faster, but overall I’ve had a solid experience and I feel comfortable using it when I need to manage my miles.
